Happy Monday! Here are some cards to inspire you as you start your week. I hope you have some time to be crafty this week.   I've got some new GlitterBabe images to share with you from The Stamping Boutique .  Bethlehem   I'm loving this image! I colored the image with my Spectrum Noir markers.  The sentiment is stamped in My Favorite things hybrid ink Field Day.  It's actually  two stamps.  The rejoice is part of another stamp I just cut out the rejoice banner and popped it up on some foam tape.  The main Sentiment is Luke 2:11 and the stamp is by Cornish Heritage Farms.  I love the cream, yellow, and brown background and layers.    Milk Can This is a great image too! I colored this image with my copic and Spectrum Noir markers.  To get the circle shape around the image I used Spellbinders Nestabilities Standard Circle Large Die. For the background I used the stamp Autumn Woods by Stampendous.  I used some brown ink to edge the circle and white s

Merry Christmas, JOY to you & Yours!

I've got another Christmas card to share with you here today. Wahoo!  I  I used "My Favorite Things" Pure Innocence stamp Christmas Banner. These stamps are just so cute!    I coloured the image with my copic markers.  I used my chevron embossing folder from Momenta for the background. I'm totally obsessed with chevrons right now.   The sentiment is a Michael's $1.50 stamp and I really like the crisp and clean look the sentiment adds to the card. I think it just finishes it off great! I used red for the card base and I think it goes so well with the kraft paper.  Again, I really love how this card turned out.

Merry Christmas Hammer & Santa Hat

I've got a very festive card to share with you. It's so difficult to find or sometimes come up with cards for all occasions for the men in your life.   So I came up with this Christmas themed card using "My Favorite thing" tool time die-namics.   I then hand cut out the santa hat and added a half pearl for the pom pom on top of the hat.  The Banner shape with the sentiment is also from My Favorite things it's their Fishtail Flags layers STAX. The dots in the background is done by the embossing folder Swiss Dots.  I'm really loving how this card turned out! It makes me very happy!

I hope your day rocks!

I've got another card to share with you! Wahoo! This one features the My Favorite Things Pure Innocence "Heart Strings" stamp with the matching sentiment I hope your day rocks.  I also used MFT's after midnight hybrid ink for the sentiment and inking the paper around the edges.   I'm loving this stamp! I also love how this card turned out and the guitar has got to be my favorite part.  I can't wait to use this girl on my more cards.

Merry Christmas

Christmas may be months away yet but as a crafter you start thinking Christmas early.  Let me tell you I've got so much Christmas stuff to make and I feel like I've barely started.  Though here is a Christmas card I made recently.  I used My Favourite Things Pure Innocence girl "Happy Christmas" I used copic markers to color her and snow embossing powder on the sentiment and ground to create the look of snow of her boots.  Some of the powder even got on her hat, coat, face and the tree making it look like snow falling all around. I love how this turned out.

I used TSB image: Nativity This image is on SALE for $1.95 as all Christmas, Fall & Halloween images are 40 % off in September I really love how this card turned out.  I colored the image with my copic markers and spectrum noir markers.  The sentiment is a stamp I have in my stash.  It's from the Thomas Kinkade Series by Cornish Heritage Farms (this stamp was given to me so I'm not really familiar with the company)  Anyways, it's the Bible verse Luke 2:11 "For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord." The banner the sentiment is stamped on is made by using My Favourite Things Fishtail Flags Layers STAX die-namics.  The sentiment is stamped & the sides of the banner and card front are inked with My Favourite Things after midnight hy

Simply inspiring and worth checking out, it's really impressive.   So since back to school is approaching I thought I'd go along with that theme and use this super cute image from the stamping boutique.  TSB image: Audrey Playground Hopscotch For this card I colored the image using spectrum noir and copic markers. The sentiment is a Micheal's $1.50 stamp and to finish off the card I used some half pearls.   Now seriously head over to the blog Crafting from the heart their design team does a great job showcasing great images from the Stamping Boutique .
